Bought a brand new ice machine that after 3 months had a leak. Called Delray foodservice to let them know ice machine was leaking water. After 3 weeks that a company had come checked it I still had no repairs or nothing done.. I called /emailed them to ask what was going on.. They told me I had to pay over $500 to get it fixed!! NEW ice machine that we just paid over $1800 !! I requested to speak to a manager and told me they would call me back.. no manager ever called me!! Bought all my equipment from here and have nothing but problems with half of it. Sold me a deep fryer that doesn't even work, a freezer that they had to replace and even the replacement doesn't work properly because the temperature setting buttons don't function. Refrigerator from them either freezes everything or gets too warm. And good luck trying to get them to replace or repair anything! Don't make my mistake and buy somewhere else or buy brand new!
Absolutely 5 star experience from start to finish! They saved me thousands on a refurbished piece of equipment.
