It’s really disappointing. The self-service kiosk was down all weekend, and Monday morning the post office still wasn’t open at 8:30 a.m. I waited ten minutes and no one showed up to open the doors. Why are taxpayers paying for government employees who don’t provide the services we rely on? This kind of inefficiency is exactly what frustrates hardworking Americans — there needs to be accountability for wasted time and money. President Trump is right to fire all useless workers.
Tried calling over 20x in one day and nobody answered the phone once about an emergency I had.
Lost my package and then called us “stupid people”. Shame on you horrible service by horrible employees
