Branka worked diligently to get me the best price without me asking. Thank you, Branka, for your time. I have always had a good experience with this PO
I asked for help with an important missing package. The woman was dismissive and kept saying, “I don’t have it. I cannot help you,” without offering any guidance. Unhelpful service and a terrible attitude.
They lost my mail! Informed Delivery and Tracking shows it was at the post office but they can't find it. Only told me to file a complaint online. Customer Service doesn't exist here!
Where do they find all their workers? At the parole office? Everyone is so rude and one woman was barking orders at everyone in line as if they should know all the processes at the USPS. They all need a course in customer relations. Avoid this post office at all cost.
