Honestly in 54 years I never had an employee speak and treat me in such an unpleasant manner. Her name is Simone. I watched her belittle a patron and laugh afterwards all while making inappropriate comments. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Package delivery to the boxes in our neighborhood are consistently terrible. Today I received a key to an empty package box. Luckily the delivery person was still there. He found the package in a delivery box but couldn't find the key to that particular box. It's truly mind blowing. So many in the neighborhood have the same experience. We have been experiencing this poor service for a long time now.
