This post office is a model of inefficiency, carriers who do not pay attention to detail and misdeliver mail routinely, supervisors who don't resolve issues, and clerks who do not listen to important requests. The office itself looks dirty and uncared for, there was a bare Christmas tree in the lobby still on display the last week of February. Horrible experience. I am writing to report a deeply concerning interaction at your counter this morning, 2/4/26, at approximately 8:40am. While I was waiting, one staff member on the counter abruptly left the counter after a customer arrived with several packages of live birds. When I politely asked for assistance, the employee responded with verbal insults and personal name-calling, labeling customers as "entitled" and "rude." Love the staff at this location! However, can someone please clean the dust out of this place!!?? I’m extremely allergic to dust mites and when I walked in there today, my heart started pounding and I got a swollen, hot throat and instant tight chest pain. I don’t want to have to wear a mask just to get a package sent! (And yes, I have tried with numerous allergists to get rid of it with immunotherapy.)
