Im pretty sure the Owner is a psychopath and he has zero regard or respect for his employees. The employees do great work.
I had Delrar do a small concrete job at my home and it began to fail in 5 months. I tried to contact the project planner who was assigned to my job and never received a response. After 4 attempts I finally talked with the planner on the phone and was not satisfied with his response that concrete fails sometimes. This was reinforced, and it is in an area that only receives foot traffic, and it keeps getting worse.
