The orthodontist here takes his time and explains everything to you. I love this orthodontist. I recommend him to everybody. I was worried about getting my daughter braces. She had a real hard time with Dennist when she was younger her teeth were too big for her mouth so she has a little trauma and she doesn’t like him. John is so nice and gentle with her that it’s not even a problem to have her go to see him. I’m not fighting all the way there and all the way back.

During my treatment with Dr. Delplanche, my bite deteriorated to a point where the doctor was no longer able to correct it. From the moment these problems began, the doctor's attitude toward me became increasingly negative. My concerns were repeatedly dismissed, I was told to wait, my questions were ignored, and I was not called back when I reported pain. The responses I received were often vague and evasive. Everyone in the clinic was friendly and helpful! I have a busy schedule working in healthcare and they were very flexible working with me to get in and get what I needed.
