What an awful company. I will spend every waking hour telling anyone who will listen what a terrible company this is. I had and automatic payment set up for a hospital bill. I have paid on time for the past year. I was recently the victim of identity fraud and had to get a new card. I updated my card on their website and made my monthly payment.
