10/10 product quality and customer service. Clearest nicotine base I've ever received. Sam with customer service seems to be a legend on the internet. Saw multiple posts online of people saying he was the one they got in touch with and it was nothing but positive feedback. I ended up getting in touch with him when i called, and he can literally give you any information you need on any product on their site. Dude needs a raise. Outstanding service.

I was finally able to reach them, and spoke with one of the sales reps, who explained that their inventory was held up due to winter storms up north. Logical explanation, things happen. will see how long it takes and update as needed. I am glad I was able to talk to a live person. UPDATE: Received order, issue was resolved.

Good selection and pricing on flavorings. No real complaints to be said. It's clear some others giving 1 star reviews are lost or confused about what kind of products Delosi Labs sells. They sell concentrated flavoring. These are not meant to be used neat. They need to be diluted to be used.

Absolutely best flavors for mixing vape liquid. Top notch nicotine and quick affordable delivery. I have tried many of the suggested brands out there and only DeLosi produces authentic flavors without the nasty aftertaste often experienced with promoted brands like Flavor Apprentice and Capella.
