Nickeled, Dimed, and Delayed Delorie Countertops & Doors, Inc. took 12 days just to template, added nearly $500 in surprise charges after I prepaid, went silent for over 5 weeks, and then charged $200 for an “extra man” who never showed. Kim was rude and unhelpful, and only Home Depot’s intervention got me refunds and answers. The installers did a great job, but management’s scheduling, communication, and billing practices were unacceptable.
