Muy poca etica profesional un lenguaje muy inapropiado y bajo muy mal servicio al cliente y la honestidad no es su fuerte.. there is so many items they steal from my box it was literally empty when they delivered plus they prices are mad expensive !. Good family company for shipping boxes to Dominicana
I am hoping to save someone grief with this review, Delorbe or Ruben Shipping is an absolutely horrible company. Our shipment to the Dominican Republic was opened and many items were stolen or exchanged for inferior items, this is the second time using them. The first time I thought that maybe someone at the port must of taken them due to not being allowed to be shipped, but for this to happen the second time is unacceptable.
