Dr. Brooks really turned me into to what I will Consider. Myself to be as healthy as possibles and she always bright in my day. Dr. Brooks I know you are Passionate about all your patience thank you from the bottom of my heart
I have never had so much trouble getting in contact with a doctor or their office before. Phone calls are never answered. Messages left unreturned. Ive had requests for medical records go unanswered. Short of going in face to face don't expect any communication whatsoever from the doctor or staff. Very unprofessional in my opinion and I am searching for a new doctor. This is ridiculous.
Great NP. Warm, relaxed personality with great bedside manner. She makes patients feel comfortable and listens to their concerns.
