Worst Customer Service ever! would not recommend this company. The guaranty on their product essentially means that if you ever need your machine to be repaired, you'll wait over 3 months, even though the estimated time would be 2 weeks, with barely any feedback upon request, and finally receiving a partially fixed coffee machine. Now I'm stuck with a dysfunctional machine... De'Longhi's solution "Send it back to the same provider that took 3 months "fixing" your machine"... All in all, terrible experience.

Do NOT buy from them. My espresso machine at their repair centre for 8 weeks and still not fixed (still under warranty). 3 weeks ago send me a email sent my machines are unrepairable and call me today are still wait for the parts? what??

I recently purchased Delonghi Magnifica Evo espresso machine. It has a grill in the coffee beans container that holds the beans from falling into the grinder. I have contacted the company about possible remedy. First thing they asked was receipt of purchase. Since I have bought the machine used, they stopped communicating with me. Not something that I would expect.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Even giving 1 star feels dirty to me. We purchased our De’Longhi la specialista Feb of 2023. Within the first month the coffee grinder portion of the machine stopped working. After several calls and our continuous follow ups we finally had someone tell us where to send it for repair. That repair was originally estimated at 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by with no update. We now have to wait for a part from overseas to arrive. Decent machine. Customer service is a joke. Maybe there is just 1 customer service person? I cannot imagine why the customer service at their Canadian HQ is so terrible. I have never dealt with any other major company that was even remotely as poor. These guys are on another level of indifference towards their customers.
