Horrible machine and terrible customer service
14 mo from purchase machine spit water from sides and back of unit Not into pot Warranty valid for 12 months Customer service does not repair Paid 400$. Not able make single cup of coffee Buyer beware
Worst purchase ever!!!!!!! Milk carafe stop working after 3 months. I called customer service last week, we did a video call and they said that i need a new milk carafe. Apparently this is out of stock and they supposed to get back to me within the next 24hrs. They never did, but they send me an email with order number for a new carafe. Just awful!
Do not purchase from this company. Had the DeLonghi TruBrew Coffee Maker for two months. The bottom leaked everywhere after using it twice. Only recourse is to wait for a box and label to be sent so we can mail it in to be fixed! Ridiculous!
