Clean, neat and Organize facility when. It comes to shipping and receiving area
Friendly staff. The want to copy your drivers licence, your insurance, they take pictures of your truck and one of you! Overnight parking is allowed which is great in NJ as the parking sucks.
I've been waiting for my item for 10 days. They lie that they brought it to me, but no one has come. I can't contact them and I don't know what to do. This is the biggest irresponsible company I’ve ever seen.
Bad Machine. Broke down after 6 months. They know those machines bad quality and they continue to sell them.Called customer service asked contacts for quality control office they told me Delongi don't have it.
