I attended Dr. De Long's women's weekend. I call it the reset my soul needed. This woman is open-hearted, kind, and compassionate. She uses her life as a living example of grace and fortitude. The weekend was a fabulous retreat with meditation, journaling, hiking, fire circle sharing, and fellowship. She speaks about the power of gratitude, and I am so grateful for her guidance, sharing, and life affirming work. Thank you, Dr. De Long. I highly recommend her retreats.

Her compassion and her expertise are unparalleled.
