To the HR and Management. I was in line checking in behind one of your colleagues yesterday Heather Quereshi at the Holiday Inn. I was absolutely disgusted with how disrespectful she was. She was demanding for free parking and how she is a club member and couldn't even provide the name of who she spoke to over the phone that gave her that option and continued to provide a name of a manager that didn't work there.
