My mother passed away May 18th of this year. Me nor my son had been through arranging a funeral!/Memorial . They were there with us every step of the way. They took care of all the insurance process. All I had to do was go in and sign some papers. My mother wanted to be cremated which my son and I were totally lost as well. They explained it all to us. Staff goes beyond belief to facilitate your needs when you have no idea what to do
They were vere helpful and compassionate. They made the process easy and cared at all times how I was doing. I would use Deloach-McKerley-Prescott again if necessary.
