If I could give zero stars I would. It's taken me 40 years to express my trauma over the experience with this man. What a scam. Now I see that others experienced the same. At 17 I got braces just before going out of state to college. He told my parents and me that he had a friend who was an orthodontist in the city where I was going to school, who I could go to if there was an emergency with my teeth. Professional service. Knowledgeable, thorough, Attentive. Good customer service. Recommended. Unfortunately he has limits to type of insurance and one may have to come out of pocket. They are kind to make arrangements. This can delay proceedures when balance remains. Years as a family ortho, i was glad to know he eventually was able to accept my then insurance. I’ve been going here since I was 13 years old. I am now 20 years old and JUST got my braces removed. I never even received a retainer for my top or bottom teeth. He always gives me a run around about when he’ll have it ready. Taking multiple impressions saying “it’ll be ready in a week” then a week goes by and he says “oh we still have to do this or that before you can wear the retainer” he’s absolutely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE EVER to go to this place !!!
