Michelle and April are amazing. Very knowledgeable, organized and efficient. Our trust was handled flawlessly. We didnt know anything about doing a trust and Michelle explained it "human" terms so we knew everything about it. I would recommend the entire team at DeLoach, Hofstra & Cavonis for any legal matters. Side note, we also recently closed on a lot we purchased at Seminole Title and that entire team was also wonderful to work with, professional and efficient!
