Not only did he take his time thoroughly inspecting my parents' home; but, he took additional time to explain, in wonderful detail, his findings and his research into all things bug! He is very knowledgeable about pest control and took the time to explain to me the different aspects of pest control instead of just setting up an appointment and coming out to do the job.
