Have used them before to drain septic tank. This year I called them 2 months ago and they never came. Called again a month ago and they still have not came. Will never use them again.
If you have septic system problems - THESE GUYS SHOULD BE YOUR FIRST CALL. Seriously. Here's why: 1) They are prompt. They don't make you wait and even though the company is busy, they comunicate very effectively. 2) Their employees are amazing. I wish I would have gotten the two guys' names because they were the best. Friendly, polite and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Because I have an older system, they didn't have an easy task.
