The worst experience ever! Douglas refused me service after waiting 3 hours. Douglas showed NO empathy in regards to the pain I was experiencing due to a surgery performed early that day. After waiting 3 hours the doctor literally spent less than 5 mins before attempting to send me on my way without a valid solution. When I asked to speak with someone else in authority he stated “I’m the doctor & im done” refusing to allow me to speak with anyone else which I later found out was a violation of hospital policy.
