This business is an absolute scam. After over a decade of loyal patronage — my father spent thousands here on what we were led to believe were genuine diamonds and gold — we recently discovered that a “diamond” bracelet, costing several thousand dollars, is cubic zirconia. I live out of state & dealt with Jonathan by phone & email. He was very professional, quick to respond to emails and always available to speak to whenever I called for him. Everything was handled in a timely manner. This is especially important when dealing with pieces of jewelry that have sentimental value. Phil and his team are amazing. I purchased a ring back in January and it was quick, easy and beautiful. I showed them a picture of what I was envisioning and they turned it into a reality. They're so talented, especially Phil. My fiancée tells me regularly how much she loves her ring. Fellas, this is the place to go for a beautiful, unique, custom piece. 💯
