The front desk has more than four people who are supposedly employees of the clinic, the waiting room is full, and nobody is calling the patients. If you are not willing to wait here for two hours just to have your vital signs taken, and then another hour and forty-five minutes for the doctor to see you, think twice before coming.

I just had to write a review regarding this facility. I called to schedule my physical and was informed I could not schedule my physical until I pay a outstanding co-pay of $ 24.00 for a telehealth visit from last year. I was not made aware of this bill prior to today. In addition this office does not have any Medical doctors to service you as PCP only NP. All the doctors seem to only be in the other location in Freeport. This use to be a good medical center but now it is just about money. I will be looking for a new facilit... read more
