I just had to write a review regarding this facility. I called to schedule my physical and was informed I could not schedule my physical until I pay a outstanding co-pay of $ 24.00 for a telehealth visit from last year. I was not made aware of this bill prior to today. In addition this office does not have any Medical doctors to service you as PCP only NP. All the doctors seem to only be in the other location in Freeport. This use to be a good medical center but now it is just about money. I will be looking for a new facilit... read more

Very rude staff be prepared
I've been going to this location since 2023. The facility is always immaculate and the ladies at the front desk are professional and pleasant. My only issue was the original doctor I had he didn't really listen to what I needed as well as over look medication refills. Because of how wonderful everything else is there I requested a change and am very happy with the doctor I have now
This has been my worst experience with a medical facility, from start to finish. I came here because of the good online reviews. Don’t be fooled. Came in for my medical and immediately notified the front desk clerk that my name was spelt incorrectly on the appointment note. I handed her 2 different government documents with my correct name spelling which she scanned… and I also ended up writing it down on a sticky note. During my session with the doctor and I look on the screen, 3 out of 4 of my names are still spelt incorre... read more
