Friendly staff, Doctor Hicks is wonderful! Privacy is an opportunity at the reception area, staff loudly asking private questions and overwhelming calls and texts after confirming appointments multiple times.
Waited 3 weeks for this appointment. Unfortunately couldn’t make it due to personal issues. Called to reschedule. Booked me for 3 days out. Calls me 2 hours later to say that it wasn’t properly booked or something in the system. But the new available date is 3 weeks+ from now??? Sucks to get an appointment at this location. Hate it’s the only location close to me. I’ve had to deal with waiting for a physical for 3+ weeks out now for 2 years in a row
