We made the switch to Delmonico a few weeks ago and the onboarding has been very seamless and customer service superb. The team was able to improve both of our policies after making the switch. Pat and Robin have been excellent; very thoughtful in describing the changes and offering sound guidance throughout the process and patient in answering questions.
