I was diagnosed with sleep Apnea and got 2 CPAP machines from this office. My insurance has changed so I haven't seen him for years. Both CPAP quit working. I thought my best shot at a quick fix would be his equipment reps at his office that go over the machines. I called the office and was told I had to pay Dr Henniger 175 cash payment and I could then see the equipment people. Both my machines say service due. Went in for a breathing test ....technician, Mark, took my blood pressure first and noted that it was at 189. I'm 77 years old and have never had high blood pressure and was not aware of what the safe numbers should be. I asked Mark if he thought that was a high number and he said yes. We proceeded with the testing. When finished I asked Mark to retake my blood pressure, which he did. This time my blood pressure was 190/99. Do not use this doctor or office If you want any type of help or professionalism. They wanted me to wait 2 months for an appointment. After I told them that was not ok the lady that answered the phone hung up on me. Called back and went threw the same thing with the manager who told me "oh deal with it" and hung up on me. About a month later they told my regular dr I had to apoligize to them. I called to asked why. They had got the story all wrong and re worded everything.
