My wife went and her hair was accadently bleached and she was in tears. Delma half heartly tried to fix it with low lights which did not work. Delma would not dry her hair so we could clearly see the failed result and asked for more money. My wife left in tears again. We have to pay a professional colour expert to fix the mistake now.
