Customer service is a joke. I pay too much money i should be treated better. Noone there is worthy of a job. Can them all and start over Absolutely useless
Practically every time there is any rain or moderate wind the area surrounding my house loses power. The inability of the power grid to withstand rain showers and minor wind is inexplicable. There is a clear lack of preparation and effort in correcting issues with the grid. This company has some of the most prominent malpractice that you will ever see.
When Irma tore up FL and 115mph winds hit my house, Duke kept the lights on. Here in MD, a little rain and wind like a strong fart - the power goes out! This is not a "power" company.
