If I could give a zero star experience I would. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I participated in a program in which I qualified for a rebate check in October 2025. I have not received it and trying to get an answer from anyone at Delmarva has been a nightmare. They do not respond to emails and when I call I only get told I need to contact someone else and when I get transferred the phone hangs up. I've reached out to other energy companies that provided the same credits and they at least answer my emails or calls b... read more
Excellent service. I have not had any issues with my service. Very rare for an outage, however, if it does in a storm, I expect it might and am prepared. Thank you for keeping my lights on!!
Lost power once in 5 years for maybe an hour. Bill is transparent. No issues. I wouldnt want to be a lineman, so I say Thank You!
Customer service is a joke. I pay too much money i should be treated better. Noone there is worthy of a job. Can them all and start over Absolutely useless
