I wish I could select which provider I can use instead of being told who I have to use and then they just keep raising my bill each month based on averages. You treat your customers like dirt and only help a few people. You should be ashamed of yourself for robbing your customers. I wish you would just go away forever and never come back. No one likes you. I wish I could give you 0 stars.
Delmarva Power is nothing short of a rip-off. My so-called “delivery charges” are now higher than my actual usage. How is it fair to pay more for fees than the electricity itself? This isn’t service—it’s extortion. With no competition, they bleed customers dry because they can. If any other business did this, it would be called a scam. One star only because zero isn’t an option.
Every time I think they cannot get any worse they continue to surprise. They came to cut down a tree in my yard. They did not inform me they would be on my property, or what they are cutting down and then proceeded to leave all the tree scraps in my yard due to a policy that is not easy to find/still not found. Cigarette butts all over the back yard. Called Customer Service and they pretty much told me "too bad," its your problem. Create a mess, and do nothing to clean it up. Thats Delmarva.
