Delmarva has been reposted to the Public Advocate Office but they can only open cases snd send inquiries to Delmarva. They cannot enforce, accurate billing, accurate recording of or correct meter information for billing, accurate creation of accounts, hold them accountable for inaccurate accounting relating to posting of payments and transfer of funds they cannot track.
Delmarva Power is the worst electrical company that's in the Delaware area! They are scams and constantly change your information. During the COVID-19 was the worst! The reps are very unprofessional and RUDE. I really wish there was another electrical company in the state of Delaware.
