I have dealt with DPR for several years now and I have never been disappointed with their workmanship and especially their honesty.. I have a 2017 Ram 2500 which was involved in a front end collision.It was repaired by a purported excellent body shop.The entire front drive was replaced along with most parts needed for this repair.However after about 6000 miles I found the track bar bushings were worn out.I replaced these bushings and found my steering wheel was off almost a quarter turn.I called DPR and set up an appointment... read more
I was driving from Ripley, NY to Hampton, VA and all of a sudden my air conditioner started leaking into my car. Temp in Delaware was 92. Got on line for place to help. Make a long story short Mike was just closing shop. I told him my problem and they went to work right away and fixed my AC and the whole time were so courteous to me. I meant his wife and she said she would be glad to get me sometime to eat or drink. Hands down the best auto shop around! They have had to fix what my previous mechanic missed on my vehicle. Always accommodating in getting me on the schedule when needed. Highly recommend!
