The new owners did an awesome job in cleaning it up with a fresh new look. The food is amazing and so is the staff. You will not leave hungry or disappointed. If you love the Frankford Diner then you will love their second location the DELMAR DINER

I use to eat almost every day in this place was good food and good service all year but now under the new owners the food still is good but the service is terrible on this week I was eating relax but the waitress walk around and picked up plus she throw the bill in the table So unprofessional

9/28/25 Amazing service. All breakfast options looked great. I chose Two eggs with meat (bacon 4 strips!?!) I appreciated that when I said "hold the home fries" I was offered grits as a substitute (they were good). Our waitress was attentive and on point with the coffee top offs. My wife and I had a great experience here. This will be where we have breakfast the next time we are in the area.

Had to give you 1 star just to leave a review. Cannot read your menu online. YOU NEED TO FIX THAT !!!!!!!!

I stopped by for dinner time, I got a prime rib on the special. Best prime rib I’ve ever had! It was juicy and it was a huge piece. Cooked to the right temperature. I thought about a picture after I was done. Give this place a try, they offer a big menu with plenty of options.
