I have mixed feelings about this place. It started good, but my mom seems like she’s getting worse. She says most of the staff treats her wrong. I hear it again it will be a lawyer involved.
WHY GO THRU AGENCY AND ASSIGN SHIFTS AND THAN TAKE EM. ??? IF THE LAZY WORKERS YALL GOT DNT WANNA WORK IT THE FIRST TIME THAN WHY MESS UP GOOD HELP THATS GETTING ASSIGNED THAN WASTE OUR TIME BY CANCELING OUR SHIFTS. WE COULD Have PICKED UP SOMEWHERE ELSE. GET YALL STAFF IN ORDER CAUSE ITS INCONSIDERATE TO US AGENCIES AND WONDER WHY PPL DONT WANNA BE A STAFF MEMBER THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.
I'm writing a review on behalf of my mom who was there her name is Louise. She tells me an employee named Hortense ran her into something while she was in her wheelchair because she was running(literally running) my mom to her room. She also hit her leg on the table when putting her under the table(while she was in her wheelchair). My mom did have some people who were very nice to her such as Austin, LaDonna, Chris and Donald.
