Matt and the team are exceptional. Had a ducted system installed in an old Federation era home in Stanmore. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Delmar Air has been nothing short of appalling, both in terms of installation quality and after-sales service. I had a Daikin air conditioning unit installed by Delmar, and within six months, it developed a refrigerant leak due to improper installation, as confirmed by their own technician. After a repair, the unit failed again with the same error code (U0), meaning the issue was either never properly fixed or the unit itself is faulty. What’s worse is Delmar’s complete... read more

Poor quality installation! Never use them again!
Matt was great - polite, prompt and helpful! But the actual installation was not carried out at the same level of care and professionalism. EDIT: I emailed them with details about the poor installation but never heard back from them.
