I had two split aircon systems installed at my home and was happy with the initial process, however the subcontractor who installed the units, cracked 3 tiles on my roof and didn’t tell me. I was made aware by the roofing contractor this week and he made the necessary repairs. I rang Delmar and reported this event and it appears this is as far as it went. I’m a dissatisfied customer.

We requested a quote from Delmar, amongst others, for replacement of an existing split system. Matthew of Delmar arrived at our home right at the time scheduled, was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He subsequently answered our questions by email and phone patiently and with helpful information. Although we ultimately decided to proceed with another company simply because they had installed a system for us previously, we were very impressed with Matthew and Delmar's professionalism and pricing. Delmar is a highly professional and reliable business. We had a complex installation of four new airconditioners upstairs. The friendly team of Jason, Jasper, David and Zane worked well and competently to complete the job in one-and-a-half days. They communicated well and cleaned up any mess that was made. The service we received from Delmar was first class. Matthew was extremely helpful in providing advice and guidance on the most appropriate system for our home and Dan and Dave installed our ducted system with great care and a minimum of disruption.
