From the friendly and helpful reception ladies to the caring and professional nursing team, and everyone in between, the staff at the Delmanor Glen Abbey were family to my mother for over 11 years. She loved being involved with the committees, participating in the fitness and entertainment activities and also just spending quiet time in her beautiful suite. But, in the end, it was the people who made the difference, and for that we are forever grateful.

Very noisy at night. They have salting / snow plowing trucks operating in the parking lot at odd hours (midnight-2am) in the winter, even when there was no urgency (the job could have been done in the early evening, or next morning). The noise was so loud that I could feel the vibration from the wall and windows, and I lost my sleep several nights a week because of this. I hope Delmanor Glen Abbey management team will do something to protect the peace and well-being of residents. I will update this if the situation changes.
