Great experience renting a Waverunner twice through DWS. The front desk and marina staff are both extremely helpful in providing clear instructions and next steps on the process of renting/returning. Between both rentals, if there is one thing that could be "improved" I think it would be just providing additional clarity (or adding a buffer of 10mn to all- so 1hr=70mn total, 2hr-130mn) as the rental time includes the chase boat getting you off of Lake Delton around 10mn before the time elapses so you have time to return to t... read more
