We rented a jet ski and had a break down, but were assured the owners would make it right after we were asked to drive a broken down jet ski across an extremely choppy lake. Multiple employees said we would get a refund however I reached out multiple times and we heard nothing back.
Great place here. Always take good care of our boat!
Very convenient, accommodating, and easy to work with. They do great work too. Really appreciate their flexibility since we are "weekenders" and working with our schedule and limited availability.
