I purchased a kawasaki ninja 500 se from dell's from hearing feedback from other rider's but my experience isn't what I expected. First walking in, nobody greeted us until about 5-10 minutes later where I had to ask someone a question about the bike. The conversation went well until we ran credit which took over 30 minutes due to the seller not being able to reach his own store... The service was great, I came in looking for a bike and was helped expeditiously. They helped me get a good financial plan for my bike and got it to me the day I came in. Chris in the loan department was especially helpful. This is a great place to do business.

Bought a kawasaki teryx in April of this yr & with that purchase I bought a front and back windshield to be installed at that time Two weeks go by and I have to call cause they haven't delivered it yet,next day they deliver it to the front of my driveway with no front or back windshield they claim they lost(again all payed for).I call and they send my calls to voicemail and ignore my emails,so how am I to get my products and service I've already paid apparently once they have the check in hand your no longer relevant.
