I took my bike to get serviced yesterday for the 500 mile mark. An employee named Deziree thought it would be a good idea to remind me that I don’t get to see my kids anymore. Then she proceeded to go into the shop were my bike was being worked on and said who only knows what to the gentlemen working on it. I don’t trust the service that was done on my bike and I will not be going back there again.
I recently purchased a side-by-side, and while the sales team was responsive and eager to close the deal, the overall experience left something to be desired. They answered my calls and questions, but there was no room for negotiation—be prepared to pay the listed price plus an additional $1,000 in fees for freight and handling.
