Such an awesome experience, from the intial phone call to Jo, who set up a test drive on ice and snow. Then, to meeting Chris and David. EVERYONE was welcoming and explained each step of the purchasing process perfectly. Every question was answered timely and knowledgeablely. Highly reccomend. Jo, superb customer service dude!!! Appreciate it. We are excited to see what purchase is next ;)
I love dells for both stores. The main store, Indigo (parts/manager [I think]) has been helping me out for my Kawi, and at the Honda store Charles (Honda Parts) has seen me probably 10 times in the past 2 weeks because I kept having to go back for random bolts I’d be missing. He’s sat with me for hours at this point looking though diagrams and guiding me on repairing my own bike, never once pushing me to just bring it in for service. Chris the loan man was a very lovely man and sang Waylon Jennings songs along with Hank Williams Jr. Such fun times we laughed, we cried, it was the feel good Honda purchase I was hoping for. Thank you Jayden and Chris!!!
