Problems don’t get resolved and takes many phone calls / texts before getting replies. Waiting for calls back from Michael has delayed things by months. An incomplete kitchen delayed our moving into the house (8 months from initial deposit to kitchen ‘done’, but never done). When we moved into the house, a couple of parts were missing. Dell’s knew this and was supposed to contact us when parts came in. They never did.
