Highly Recommended. I visited Dells roughly 3 weeks ago with a bolt-action issue. I called and confirmed they would look at my gun and potentially be able to service it ahead of time. On the phone, Mr. Dell was very professional and answered all my questions. In the store, Mr. Dell quickly identified my issue and fixed it. He explained my issue and how to self correct later. Great place to conduct FFL transfers in the Lansdale area! Tim has always been friendly and willing to help every time I needed to arrange a transfer for an online order, or had any questions concerning gunsmithing services. The overall impression that I got was that of a highly professional business that legitimately wants to help their customers out. I'll be looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Went in today to have sights put on my husbands hand gun. Tim really gave me exceptional service! He did the work while I waited. Answered questions that I had and gave me some great advice. We will be using Tim for all of our hand gun alterations. Thanks for great, friendly service today Tim!
