Dr Suzanne McKichan was terrific. She spent 2 hours on a very thorough pre purchase exam before we even got to the X-ray portion of the exam. I have never experienced such an exam before. She explained everything as she conducted it. She answered all of my questions without telling me if I should or should not purchase the horse. I live in Illinois and my vet had recommended her. Dells Equine Veterinary Service has been there on time, for every appointment, with fantastic service. Excellent explanation to all my questions. Dr. Suzanne has been our vet for the past 9 years. Several emergency calls through the years with fast response time. 5 stars +.
My equine vet of nearly 20 years recently retired, and I was in search of someone new. Murphy's law, my horse got sick. I contacted Dells Equine and Dr. Suzanne was able to come the following business day. She eased my worries, and got my main horse and my retired old man back on the right track! I'm pleased to say I will be using Dells Equine for all my future needs, thank you so much!
