Do not book here. I’m trying my best to call these people and confirm my reservation and no one is answering the number is going to a mike. I’m trying to cancel my reservation and again no one is answering. Please save yourself
Our heater went out in our room & they’ve been saying they go send management over for the last 3 hours. Nice room but Poor service!! No other option where provided. Will not be back to this location!
The only positives about our stay is that the rooms were large and there was a nice view. Other than that, everything that could be wrong, was. There were 2 fireplaces, the main one did not work at all and the fireplace in the main bedroom worked, but with a very loud noise. The jets in the spa didn't work, water pressure in the showers was incredibly poor and I found hair and a dirty wash cloth in there. Beware you will not be happy... my husband and I booked one night stay at Wisconsin Dells Area Condominiums (Superior Chalet ) Chula Vista. We stayed one night Thanksgiving 2021 and found out that even though we were on Chula Vista property our stay did not include waterpark tickets. Reservation site booking.com never disclosed that waterpark tickets were not included. Who goes to Wisconsin Dells Chula Vista and doesn't get waterpark tickets.
