I will leave a very honest review. First, let me say I absolutely hate that Dells Animal Hospital was bought by the big private equity firms which hike up prices that force people to turn down care for their pets. These same firms are buying up most of the single family homes in our country, promoting Data Centers, etc etc. I don't know why business owners continue to sell to these awful dominating corporations, but the freedom of choice is slipping away from Americans fast. The team here was great. I had a very sick 9 week old kitten and they took time to squeeze us in. He was in a dire medical state where we were not sure he was going to survive. Thanks to them, he has made a full recovery and is back to his playful self.
Expensive and long wait times but the care was exceptional!
I had brought my dog here for a dental cleaning and she for sure needed one tooth removed because it had broken off. The vet told me she needed THIRTEEN TEETH removed and quoted me $1200 for this procedure! Boy oh boy am I glad I went and got a second opinion!!!! A second vet informed me only THREE teeth at most needed to be removed and they quoted me at $445 FOR THE EXACT SAME PROCEDURE! My dog Daisy needed to be euthanized and the staff was very caring, from the front desk, vet tech and the vet I couldn't have asked for better service. Daisy was not fearful or anxious and was treated with such kindness as was I. I would recommend them to anyone!
