This is always a great experience, I have had greyhounds before getting our new dog Daisy a Maltese. They the staff are very caring about the welfare of my dogs i would recommend them to all pet owners.
When faced with the terrible realization that you have to put a beloved pet down, there is no real solace or comfort that can come from it. The only thing you can ask for is a peaceful procedure and some great last minutes with your pup to let them know you are there and love them. Unfortunately my experience with this "hospital" was that of a horror story, and the complete lack of care given to my pet during our visit here will be a haunting and horrific memory I will have to live with forever. Have been going to Dells Animal Hospital for 20+ years. This morning my 14 year old rat terrier was injured He had been run over by our 82 pound lab and was in a lot of pain. I called Dells Animal Hospital to see if someone could check him over. I was told they could see him because they were booked up. So I then called Lodi Veterinarian Hospital who I have never been to before. They told to bring him down right away, that they could work him in. We have been to animal clinics 10 minutes away who have never come close to the knowledgeable, compassionate staff at Dells Animal Hospital! We are thankful we decided to go the extra mile (or 15) to take our precious fur babies here for years. I can't believe anyone could come close. Thank you for all you do!.
