Currently waiting for them to repair some things and the most serious problem is humidity throughout the floor of the house which has caused all the vinyl on the floor of the house to come off. So far there are no answers waiting for the managers to apply the guarantee in the meantime it is uncomfortable to live like this and pay for something of poor quality. If there were negative stars I would pick them all, worst experience ever! I am very disappointed with the builder D.Z., who was very arrogant during our buyer walk my in-laws invited me to go. We would point things out and he would make up excuses such as, “the inspector didn’t catch it”, “it’s not code” and couple times even yelled at me in front of the realtor and my in-laws and at no point I disrespected him. My wife and I are shopping for our first dream house of our lives. We immediately fall in love with some home models built by Empire. Finally, We bought the Roberts model. The design is nice compared to many models of other builders. Mr. Robby Buish is a great Sales agent to discuss the price and incentives. Mr. James Womac is a great construction manager to walk us through the house. We finally found our dream house. Thank you Mr. Robby Buish and Mr. Jame Womac and all the sales staff.
