I had a great experience at this Dello Russo office! At first i was nervous not really sure what to expect but the staff was so welcoming and reassured me that this was the right choice for me, P.S i also asked if i could go see the knicks game after my procedure i was told as long as i take a 4hr nap ill be fine and let me tell you …MY BRAND NEW EYES WERE WORKING ok! If you are considering lasik I highly suggest a different place, as this was the response I got (in error I suppose?) when I had a change of heart about having the procedure. Funniest part is I am a woman and the person texting literally met me at my consultation. This baby will gladly be keeping her contacts and glasses a little while longer! and thanks for the HIPPA violation.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dello Russo & his staff! They could not have been nicer, more efficient or more comforting. Very professional and kind staff. They are thorough and takes time to explain everything.
One of the best decisions of my life. I’ve worn glasses for almost 35 years and having the freedom to not wear glasses or contacts is better than I could have imagined. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and I highly recommend going to Dello Russo for LASIK.
