Horrendous experience. Attacked in parking lot.
Despicable treatment. We had a private viewing which was destroyed by Dello Russo by allowing us to be ambushed within the building and outside the funeral home by a group of violent troublemaker family members. One who was recently arrested for attempting to kill a family member assaulted us there. We did not get one moment alone without stress from unwelcome Dello Russo staff interrupting our mourning time and allowing people to harass us during our private viewing. My family and I used them during the difficult time of losing a parent to COVID. They were professional and made the experience more manageable, considering the difficulty we were all faced with. John R. was courteous, understanding and consoling. He informed us along the way with all the changes we needed to know about.
