They don’t pick up the phone, then we finally got an appointment and they were closed!
I saw Dr. Evans for a routine check-up and had a great experience. She was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. The appointment was timely and never felt rushed. I would highly recommend seeing her!
This location has really inconsistent hours and very poor service. Went to pick up glasses back in 2024 and they were temporarily closed two times. They came back after the fact with additional charges for extra dark transitions for a very simple order. Took back and forth and a long time to get my glasses finally be made available.
Completely unprofessional. The women who answer the phones have no idea what they’re doing. They will have you on the phone for 20 min to simply book an appointment. They canceled both my new appointments last minute and then told me I had to wait another 3 weeks to be seen. Safe to say I’ll find a new eye doctor. Terrible.
Th doctor and ALL of the staff were incredible with all four of my boys. Extremely patient and loving. Helped us in a jam and really treated us all great. I highly recommend.
