My 79yr old mom has been seeing Dr John since they had the office in McDonald, many, many moons ago. He is always so kind and caring about my moms health needs. My mom has trusted him all these years with her health needs. The girls in the office are all wonderful too!! I'm not sure what we will do if and when Dr John retires. The new system with them turning to Southwoods has been a little frustrating, but nobody likes changes.

Incompetent and ignorant front office. In two visits they still couldn't figure how to accept my insurance. No wonder they were bought by the practice across the street
