I trusted and liked Dr John. His office staff were unprofessional and rude, I felt like they didn’t want to be bothered. I didn’t want to change doctors but felt I had to.
The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful, on top of it. I went for my physical for work and they coded my visits wrong, ended up getting charged $300 for the two visits and lab work and owe more for my insurance this year because technically I didn’t go for my physical in time. They said since I was a new patient, the first visit is always an office visit and can’t be a physical, then they filed two separate claims for my second visi
