I brought my car in for a bumper-to-bumper inspection as I just bought the car used and wanted to make sure it was working properly. The woman working the front desk was very friendly and professional and quoted me at a 3 hour wait. Trevor in management and Marty in the shop were so helpful, kind & respectful. I had a lot of questions, and they helped me so much! I felt like they were honest in dealing with me in every way.
To be fair, how many stars you give a vehicle repair shop is probably dependent on how quickly they diagnose and fix your problem. And I tend to avoid dealerships because they're generally more expensive, but in this case it was an electrical problem, and I felt like Dellenbach was more qualified to diagnose it. I was right. I had been quoted $700 from a private repair shop just to diagnose the problem, and as it turned out, what they were going to do would not have identified the problem. As usual Dellenbach Motors Service Center did a great job taking care of my vehicle.
This I was looking at a porche for my wife and I . But they were not to friendly. But thanks to nick at the Dellenbach make me pick one here in this dealership and trust me good customer service makes a big difference. So I’m here with the second truck thanks to Nicholas Mayers .
