To be fair, how many stars you give a vehicle repair shop is probably dependent on how quickly they diagnose and fix your problem. And I tend to avoid dealerships because they're generally more expensive, but in this case it was an electrical problem, and I felt like Dellenbach was more qualified to diagnose it. I was right. I had been quoted $700 from a private repair shop just to diagnose the problem, and as it turned out, what they were going to do would not have identified the problem. This I was looking at a porche for my wife and I . But they were not to friendly. But thanks to nick at the Dellenbach make me pick one here in this dealership and trust me good customer service makes a big difference. So I’m here with the second truck thanks to Nicholas Mayers .
