Go in for a new Key fob and they give you the run around and lead along for over a week. My friend lost his key. I can just go to a hardware store and make a new one for $2.50. I'm so glad I did not buy a new car with push button start. I'm happy with my Turn Key Start. Of course it is absolutely no inconvenience to them to keep your car for as long as possible and give you the run around and lead along, just testing how much they can get away with. I tried to check in our system under ************************* and can not find anything under that name. A lot of vehicles today have t the key or fob ordered direct from the factory. We have no control over when the key will be sent to us. They do this so the vehicles are harder to be stolen. And in todays world that is a problem. If it is covered under insurance, pay for it up front and the insurance company should reimburse you.

These guys don’t know how to balance tires! I took my truck back and talked to John D********* and he claimed they balanced the wheels and tires, but it still didn’t drive correctly. I spoke to John again about his guys not fixing my truck correctly, and he said there’s nothing he can do. He even told me none of this service workers want to work hard. I have had issues with my 2016 ***** truck and spent over $6000.00 in last 4 years for issue that is still on going. I have taken truck to other companies to try and fix and when look at it it is issue with what Dellenbach did or didnt do Getting any one to call you back is a joke. I will never use that company ever again.
