Let's start with...If I could give zero stars, I would. Considering we never heard a word back and never got the repair. For over two months now. One $56 sensor needs replaced. Given that the transmission requires several hours of work, we were willing to give this company over $700.00 to do it, since there aren't many places around willing to work with modern transmissions anymore. I sent my truck here to get a new transmission, rearend gears and seats installed. Eight months later, he still was not finished and made every excuse why he could not finish it. I needed a new driveshaft as well, so I bought a yoke and he sent off to be made by a "friend" His "friend" never answered him, so it cost me more time and money to start over when truck was sent to another shop to be finished. I was very impressed with Dell. He could tell what was wrong with my car as soon as he drove it into the garage. They were able to fix my car within 24 hours. Very pleased with their service. Employees were knowledgeable and friendly.
